The agency operates in pods - small, autonomous growth teams led by elite team leaders. Each pod functions like a mini-agency, and we’re now hiring a Growth Marketing Pod Leader to own our next pod.
This role requires someone who is:
1. Client Success & Client CommunicationExceptionally strong with client success and communication - a world-class level CSM.
You must be able to operate as a top-tier CSM (Client Success Manager) for your pod:
- Burning desire to ensure clients get what they need from our service to succeed with us
- “Service-first” mindset - always wanting to serve clients EVEN if they have high expectations or are more intense/custom
- You GENUINELY care about clients, and you are LASER-FOCUSSED on ensuring our clients win with us
- Confident running all client calls
- Able to persuade, upsell, and sell the strategy
- Able to handle escalations, objections, and complex problems in a calm and confident manner (if problems appear, you can turn frustrated or worried clients into loyal ones by solving problems and finding solutions, with confidence)
- Be charismatic, emotionally intelligent, highly proactive, and a pleasure to work with
- Be incredibly detail oriented
- Promote long-term client retention and prevent churn by building deep trust and alignment
- Navigate conflict, emotion, or uncertainty with ease
- Handle high-pressure situations without cracking
You’re the point of stability for the client, the person they trust and the person they listen to. Your communication, relationship building and client success skills are a huge factor in the success of your pod, and for that reason your client success and communication skills must be elite.
You must understand sales psychology to properly present your idea and plans, and you must have a core desire for ensuring clients get what they need from our service. You make clients feel supported, understood, and bought into the plan - always.
NOTE: This is a CORE part of this role. Without this, you will not succeed.
You must have real experience managing people - you will inherit experienced media buyers from day one, as well as video editors, designers, creative strategists etc.
When running a full pod you could manage 6-8 people, potentially even more. They will look to you as their leader.
You must be able to:
- Ensure the team trust you and see you as their leader
- Own the pod’s culture and performance
- Set high standards
- Hold people accountable
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Coach, direct, support and upskill your team
- Foster teamwork and create an enjoyable place to work for your team to keep them motivated and bought into the agency
- Drive speed, quality, and consistency across the board
- Keep your pod aligned, efficient, and moving fast
You must have:
- Real experience scaling DTC brands on Meta (Google ads is a plus)
- Strong creative strategy instincts
- The ability to break down performance and diagnose issues fast
- Experience briefing creative teams
- Strong media buying skill and experience
You need deep experience in Meta ads (Google ads is a plus), strong DTC creative understanding, and the ability to break down complex accounts into clear action plans.
💰 Compensation & Bonus StructureYou’ll earn a base salary + monthly bonus based on the profitability and client retention metrics of your pod.
The more profitable your clients are for the agency, the happier clients are AND the longer your clients stay with us, the higher your bonus.
Your success depends on your ability to:
- Retain clients month after month (and keep them happy)
- Scale revenue for clients
- Avoid overhiring and run lean by maximising output per team member and ensuring your team remains motivated and productive

You must:
- Be exceptional at client communication (non-negotiable)
- Have native or near-native English fluency
- Be extremely client success oriented (you have a burning desire to SERVE your clients and adjust our service to ensure clients get what they need from our service EVEN if they have high expectations - this is non-negotiable)
- Have real experience managing team members
- Be someone who wants to lead - not just execute (you MUST be able to train and delegate and not just be a “doer”)
- Have strong Meta ads experience for DTC eCommerce (Google Ads is a plus)
- Have strong creative strategy instincts
- Have past agency or freelance experience managing multiple clients
