The Growth Marketing Operations Manager drives the company's growth initiatives by optimizing operational processes, managing cross-functional projects, and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. This role requires analytical skills, operational expertise, and strategic thinking to ensure the efficient execution of growth strategies.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement scalable processes to support growth initiatives.
  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Design, document, and refine SDR operational processes, including inbound or outbound prospecting procedures and feedback loops.
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate new features, extensions, or additional tools that streamline workflows, enhance data visibility, and support future growth.
  • Conduct regular system audits and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize the SDR experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales enablement to align technology best practices
  • Maintain lead scoring models and reduced manual tasks.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in Marketing Operations and Sales Development, proactively recommending enhancements to current workflows.
  • Work with PMO on post-implementation reviews of new processes or technologies, measuring ROI and refining strategies as needed.
  • Analyze growth metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish standardized reporting frameworks, driving consistent metrics across departments.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the growth team and across departments.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role with an emphasis on operational process design and optimization.
  • Proven experience administering and optimizing Growth tools such as Outreach, as well as marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Track record of improving SDR or sales development processes through workflow automation, data management, and tool integrations.
  • Experience with and interest in using AI tools to achieve operational efficiencies  
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing and sales enablement platforms, with a particular focus on scaling new features and integrations.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools Tableau and basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate complex operational processes for diverse audiences.
  • Resourceful and solutions-focused, with a knack for identifying and resolving workflow inefficiencies.
