Growth Marketing Manager
As Chorus Innovations continues to expand its footprint in the healthcare technology space, we are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate the growth of our innovative solutions.
The Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing marketing strategies that accelerate adoption of Chorus Innovations' healthcare technology offerings. This role is integral to our success in fostering strong relationships with healthcare services organizations, providers, and key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of growth marketing within the tech sector—particularly in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries—and demonstrate expertise in campaign management, product-led growth, and customer acquisition strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Lead marketing projects from conception to completion, establishing clear goals, milestones, and timelines, while maintaining consistent and transparent communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies aimed at increasing awareness, generating leads, and driving customer acquisition for our healthcare technology offerings.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns to maximize response and ROI.
- Align marketing strategies with the capabilities of our product and the needs of the healthcare market, ensuring that campaigns are tightly connected to product features and benefits.
- Run experiments, A/B tests, and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall campaign performance.
- Leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics, report on campaign outcomes, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and business goals.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and seamless integration of marketing efforts.
- Oversee campaign content creation, working with internal and external teams to develop marketing collateral, whitepapers, case studies, and other assets that support growth initiatives.
- Utilize customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies, tailoring messages to resonate with target audiences in the healthcare space.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 6+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in healthcare tech or pharma marketing, with a strong understanding of industry operations and market dynamics. Previous experience in community or population health is very desirable.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering significant growth and measurable results through effective marketing strategies, particularly in B2B or enterprise settings.
- Experience with product-led growth initiatives and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both healthcare professionals and non-expert audiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing data to drive decision-making, track campaign performance, and conduct A/B testing. Strong experience in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools).
- Experience with Hubspot is preferred.
- Proven ability to coordinate teams (internal and external) and oversee the production of high-quality marketing content.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Design, and other teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Disclosure
The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000 to $125,000, based on the Los Angeles market. The base salary offered may vary depending on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications, and the geographic location where the role will be performed.
Please note that the listed compensation details apply to the base salary only and do not include additional elements of the total compensation package, such as performance bonuses, stock options, or benefits. The final compensation package will be determined by evaluating the candidate’s qualifications in relation to market standards and internal pay equity.
