The Role:

Stenn is at the forefront of Fintech, offering cutting-edge solutions to help our clients grow and thrive. Our Digital Marketing team is expanding, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join the Web & SEO team, a crucial pillar of our overall digital strategy.

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the growth strategy, leading initiatives that drive our business forward through data-driven insights, optimization, and innovation. You will design and execute a robust A/B testing roadmap, partner closely with the Web and Product to identify and act on opportunities within the user journey flow and be accountable for optimizing our conversion rates across ads, the website, and the product.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy, focusing on maximizing conversion rates and performance across digital channels.
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of the A/B testing roadmap to continually optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Web, Product, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities within the user journey and product flow that drive growth and conversion.
  • Design, build, and maintain high-converting landing pages aligned with campaign objectives and user behavior insights.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather landing page requests, providing guidance on best practices and supporting the creation, execution, and ongoing optimization of landing pages based on performance insights.
  • Optimize website and product conversion rates through data-driven experimentation and analysis.
  • Track, measure, and report on performance across all digital marketing initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Web & SEO team to enhance organic and paid efforts through comprehensive testing and user behavior insights.
  • Work closely with the broader Digital Marketing team to align growth strategies with paid media, content, and acquisition efforts.
  • Stay on top of growth marketing trends, best practices, and tools to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), and other CRO tools.
  • Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to optimize user flows and conversion rates.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • A self-starter with a passion for growth, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
