We are looking for Growth Marketing Manager to plan, design, implement and measure localized marketing strategies and campaigns. These programs are critical in guiding prospects and customers through the buyer’s journey. The ideal candidate is a B2B marketer with proven demand generation experience. You will orchestrate the media mix with sales, product and marketing leaders that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop robust knowledge of product lines/services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Territory planning with key product, marketing and sales stakeholders to drive SaaS revenue.
- Campaign creation, experiments, management and KPI measurement.
- Media mix development and orchestration to reach target personas across marketing channels.
- Fulfill localization needs including sourcing vendors, proofreading, and managing translations of web content, marketing collateral, sales documents, and campaign materials.
- Lead owned and sponsored events, including budget, venue sourcing, agendas, speakers, and event collateral and promotion.
- Manage third-party vendors including but not limited to media buying, publications, and digital/physical event venues.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (native speaker) and English.
- 4-5+ years experience in field marketing or demand-gen in driving tangible demand ideally in a SaaS / B2B environment.
- Proven field marketing experience driving tangible demand for a SaaS products & services.
- Graduate degree in marketing, communications, or a comparable field with a focus on marketing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and agile across different regions and time zones within a global team.
- Experience with a modern marketing tech stack including tools for reporting/analytics, web editing, marketing automation and digital marketing. (Marketo, Salesforce preferred)
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet set goals and deadlines
