About you:

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer to own and optimise our self-serve buying journeys; the automated flows in our SaaS product that turn trialists into paying customers and expands the spending of current customers.

You'll be responsible for increasing revenue generated through self-billing and self-serve channels, deepening product engagement, and collaborating across teams to influence the roadmap. Self-service is core to our product-led growth strategy, and this role will own it end-to-end.

You'll bring product-led growth experience and the ability to translate product usage data into actionable insights that optimise conversion and expansion flows.

With a data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics and experimentation tools, you'll establish metrics, lead A/B tests, and iterate based on insights that directly impact revenue growth. This role offers significant opportunities for career progression as you build and scale the operational foundation for our self-serve growth engine.

Day-to-day, you will be focused on:

  • Growth & Revenue Ownership – from trial conversion and in -product upgrade flows, tracking metrics, including free to paid conversion, activation rates and expansion revenue.
  • Journey Optimisation and Experimentation – map, analyse and iterate organized funnels from acquisition through activation to expansion, using experimentation, behavioral data and product insights. Conduct customer research to understand personas, document use cases and represent the voice of the customer to internal teams.
  • Product-Led Growth Execution – define lead triggers, lifecycle comms, in – app prompts and buying flows that reduce friction. Build and manage marketing automations across CRM, In-app messaging, and lifecycle platforms.
  • Cross functional Collaboration – partner with Product to influence roadmap prioritization around self-serve expansion opportunities.

Your skills and experiences might also include:  

  • Product marketing proficiency, including shaping messaging, value propositions, tiering, and pricing and being comfortable with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., product analytics, A/B testing platforms).
  • Strong stakeholder management, especially with product, sales and Rev and Marketing Ops teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, AI agents, chatbots, and in-app messaging solutions, along with a Data-driven mindset with strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
  • Ideally, experience running SaaS marketing programmes, and previous work on freemium, usage based pricing, or scalable upgrade flows.
