Pay will be in USD, between $2,400 to $3,400 per month, depending on experience.
We provide our clients with a dedicated virtual Marketing Manager, which is where you come in. You will be assigned to work with one or two US-based small businesses, acting as both a key member of their team and ours.
Unlike a traditional in-house role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple industries while continuing to grow professionally. We provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to help you become an even stronger marketer. You’ll continually learn new strategies, AI tools, marketing systems, and best practices alongside an incredible community of marketers.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping clients develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate measurable business growth. Responsibilities may include:
- Developing and managing marketing strategies that align with business goals
- Evaluating marketing performance and recommending where to invest, improve, or pivot
- Managing campaigns across multiple channels
- Coordinating with outside vendors and agencies when applicable
- Managing landing pages, funnels, and marketing automations
- Planning and executing email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Overseeing content strategy, including blogs, social media, and lead magnets
- Managing or supporting paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Using AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency
- Tracking KPIs and presenting marketing insights and recommendations
- Helping prioritize projects and marketing initiatives based on business impact
- Occasionally creating or reviewing marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and website content
Requirements
- Based in Mexico
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Experience developing marketing strategies, not just executing tasks
- Comfortable analyzing marketing performance and making data-driven recommendations
- Advanced English, writing, speaking, and comprehension
- Fast home internet
- Personal computer
- Comfortable using AI as part of your daily workflow, building automations
- Highly organized with excellent project management and time management skills
- Strong communicator who can confidently interact with US business owners
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
