- Experience launching and scaling PPC campaigns that generate high-quality leads
- Experience optimising ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion
- Ability to analyse campaign data and sales results to improve ROI and scale revenue
- Track record of past successes (any industry)
- Willingness to be coached and develop professionally
- Sharp eye for trends, patterns, and untapped opportunities in campaign data
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar
