The Growth Marketing Manager – New Businesses will drive growth, adoption, and engagement for GCash’s Insurance, Wealth Management, and Sustainability products. This role focuses on building data-driven growth strategies, launching impactful campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness, customer demand, and long-term customer value.
You will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead go-to-market product and campaign launches, including audience strategy, messaging, positioning, and communications planning.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue, product adoption, and customer engagement.

  • Conduct research and consumer insights analysis to guide marketing strategy and validate product direction.

  • Run experiments and performance tests to optimize campaigns and improve marketing outcomes.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams (media, analytics, communications, PR, research) and product stakeholders.

  • Manage partnerships and execute joint marketing or co-marketing initiatives with external partners.

  • Analyze complex business challenges and provide strategic recommendations and actionable plans.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI targets and financial processes are met.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in fast-paced or growth-focused environments.

  • Strong consumer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into effective marketing strategies.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

  • Action-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in complex or changing environments.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to present to leadership teams.

  • Good understanding of market trends, competition, and customer behavior.
