The Growth Marketing Manager – New Businesses will drive growth, adoption, and engagement for GCash’s Insurance, Wealth Management, and Sustainability products. This role focuses on building data-driven growth strategies, launching impactful campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness, customer demand, and long-term customer value.
You will be responsible for the following:
Lead go-to-market product and campaign launches, including audience strategy, messaging, positioning, and communications planning.
Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue, product adoption, and customer engagement.
Conduct research and consumer insights analysis to guide marketing strategy and validate product direction.
Run experiments and performance tests to optimize campaigns and improve marketing outcomes.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams (media, analytics, communications, PR, research) and product stakeholders.
Manage partnerships and execute joint marketing or co-marketing initiatives with external partners.
Analyze complex business challenges and provide strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI targets and financial processes are met.
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree holder.
At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in fast-paced or growth-focused environments.
Strong consumer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into effective marketing strategies.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
Action-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in complex or changing environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to present to leadership teams.
Good understanding of market trends, competition, and customer behavior.
