The Role

As JustMarkets expands its presence in the Japanese market, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for launching and scaling a new market, running marketing campaigns, monitoring their performance, and working with analytics and paid traffic sources.

Join us and take the lead in driving marketing growth in one of the world’s most dynamic regions — where your expertise will have a direct impact on business scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Japan go-to-market end-to-end: research, positioning, launch plan, milestones, and timelines
  • Build and manage a pipeline of JP influencers/KOLs and affiliate partners: sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, briefing, deliverables, and QA
  • Orchestrate multichannel campaigns across LINE, X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Yahoo! JAPAN Ads, Google Ads, DV360/programmatic, and native networks.
  • Plan and run promotions/contests with clear mechanics; coordinate creative, legal, risk, and operations for smooth execution
  • Drive PR with the PR team: PR releases, thought leadership, and relationships with tiered JP finance/tech media
  • Localize and QA all assets (web/app, onboarding, CRM, support scripts) to be culturally native and brand-safe
  • Mentor cross-functional teammates on JP market nuances and growth best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing role, with proven experience in the Japanese market
  • Experience launching and scaling marketing campaigns in the Japanese market
  • Knowledge of key advertising channels in Japan (LINE, X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Google/Yahoo! Ads)
  • Experience working with influencers, affiliate partners, and CRM systems
  • Skills in analytics and marketing campaign optimization
  • Experience in B2C marketing.
