What you’ll do: 

Ampleo is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, client engagement, campaign development, and project management. As the key liaison between internal teams and external clients, you will be responsible for ensuring marketing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, establishing strong relationships and ensuring clear, proactive communication.
  • Define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide clients with strategic recommendations and regular updates on project and campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Align campaign messaging and creative assets with each client’s business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Support brand and content strategy initiatives, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to inform strategy and campaign development.
  • Analyze market trends and apply insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and innovation.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and resources.
  • Delegate tasks and provide leadership to cross-functional teams (creative, digital, strategy, and content).
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and internal teams that highlight key metrics, results, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Track project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Anticipate project risks, develop contingency plans, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Collaborate on digital strategies including SEO, social media, email, and paid media to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Apply optimization techniques to improve performance across channels.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client-facing events, trade shows, and sponsorships to strengthen brand presence.
  • Evaluate and refine internal workflows to increase efficiency, improve outcomes, and enhance client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing and project management, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Proven success managing marketing projects across various channels (social media, PR, advertising, content, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing principles and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Highly organized with exceptional planning, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with keen analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
