About The Role 

We are seeking a motivated Junior Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to drive our growth in Germany. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in growth marketing within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will support the execution of growth initiatives by combining creativity with data-driven insights to help drive patient acquisition and engagement.

  • Assist in managing and executing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms, ensuring accurate and timely delivery, including copywriting for all channels.
  • Operate email campaigns, including setting up new flows, triggers, and audiences in CustomerIO, following instructions from channel owners.
  • Manage our creative assets as part of campaign execution.
  • Support the creation and optimization of SEO content to drive organic growth.
  • Support the analysis and reporting of campaign results to inform optimizations and improve efficiency.
  • Help identify opportunities for improvement across creative assets, targeting, and post-click experiences through experimentation.
  • Support the management of affiliate and influencer partnerships, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time.
  • Contribute to writing and managing creative briefs informed by data, patient insights, and market trends.
  • Help operationalize A/B tests across channels to improve campaign performance and learnings.
  • Work alongside senior growth marketers and cross-functional teams including product and analytics to support growth strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance performance marketing efforts.

About You
  • 1-2 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within B2C consumer brands or healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to support and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and YouTube; familiarity with TikTok and emerging channels is a plus
  • Basic understanding of audience segmentation, conversion optimisation, bidding strategies, and testing methodologies to improve campaign performance
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to growing conversion volume while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Experience working collaboratively with creative teams to help develop and refine ad creatives that engage and convert
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and identify performance issues with guidance, using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager
  • Interest in learning attribution modelling, incrementally testing, and full-funnel measurement techniques
  • Strong curiosity and belief in the power of creative content to drive marketing success, with a willingness to develop skills in crafting attention-grabbing campaigns across channels
