Growth Marketing Manager (Epoche)

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to disrupt lingerie marketing, but do it with class.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth research on the lingerie and fashion market.
• Monitoring trends and identifying innovative opportunities.
• Developing and launching new marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
• Leading campaigns across social media, content, email, paid ads, influencer marketing, and more.
• Driving brand awareness and demand ahead of launch.
• Generating sales in line with defined KPIs.
• Tracking ROI and ensuring marketing activities lead to profitability.

Must-have Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels and key metrics.
• A growth mindset and strong initiative.
• Knowledge of behavioral economics, cognitive biases, and how buying decisions are made.
• Ability to use AI tools to automate and accelerate marketing workflows.
• Sales skills and attention to detail.
• Structured approach to thinking, communication, and execution.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Copywriting proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with social media and influencer marketing.

Your Experience

Must-Have:

• Proven track record launching marketing initiatives from scratch.
• Digital marketing experience in at least two: social media, email, performance marketing, or growth hacking.
• Experience managing remote teams, freelancers, or agencies.

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in the fashion or lingerie industry.
• A deep understanding of customer psychology (e.g., a psychology degree is a plus).
• Experience creating viral content or leading buzz-worthy campaigns.
