About the role
As CargoSprint continues to scale, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager & Web Administrator to take full ownership of our marketing funnel, automation ecosystem, and digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, demand generation, and web management—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to directly influence pipeline growth. You will lead multi-channel campaign development in HubSpot, ensure seamless integrations with Salesforce, and optimize every stage of the customer journey from first touch to conversion. Additionally, you will oversee our website and digital assets, ensuring they are secure, high-performing, and aligned with brand standards. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Brand, and Leadership to drive measurable impact across acquisition, automation, and analytics. If you enjoy building scalable systems, improving performance through data, and owning end-to-end marketing infrastructure, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Design, launch, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns in HubSpot (email, workflows, landing pages, segmentation)
- Lead integration and automation efforts between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure data flow and lead handoff accuracy.
- Own the end-to-end optimization of our marketing and sales funnel to improve MQL flow and conversion.
- Manage, secure, and optimize our web platforms (WordPress, forms, landing pages, etc.) for reliability, uptime, and lead performance.
- Launch and A/B test landing pages to drive conversions.
- Ensure all marketing web updates meet brand and compliance standards.
- Monitor and improve key funnel and site metrics (conversion rates, page performance, data integrity)
- Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Product teams to improve campaign alignment and funnel impact.
- Manage user access, workflows, and martech platform configurations (HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, Salesforce)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing operations
- Strong experience with HubSpot (required) and Salesforce (preferred)
- Experience managing WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for troubleshooting is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Based in Mexico and open to working in our Guadalajara office (relocation assistance available)
- Proactive, meticulous, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
