We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a new Babbel product in the heart of buzzing Berlin!
The team is established as a new exploratory unit within the company. Its mission is to develop a blended learning German course for migrants to better meet their needs as well as those of potential employers. This approach is entrepreneurial, emphasizing rapid learning and a trial-and-error mindset.
You will:
- Execute marketing activities on different channels such as SEM, social, offline.
- Play a vital role in the planning, asset creation, execution and measurement
- Create assets in a pragmatic way depending on the channel. Build simple designs for ads / flyers or videos for social media yourself or hire and manage freelance support resources
- Work in an interdisciplinary team, in which you will also take on related tasks to provide a great end-to-end user experience
You bring:
- 3+ years experience as a marketing manager in working with digital marketing tools (Google / Meta / Tik Tok)
- Content creation skills (ads, social media assets) as well as analytical attitude to optimize campaign performance.
- Joy and creativity to proactively try and learn new things and grow as the team is scaling
- You’re a team player who thrives in a small, versatile, and experimental environment, surrounded by motivated colleagues, while benefiting from the resources of a larger company
- Experience in the migration space is a plus
- Arabic or Ukrainian language skills are a plus
