We are looking for a creative and hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to take ownership and build our marketing strategy with a strong focus on driving sales through quality lead generation. As the first marketing function in the company, you will develop and implement strategies that enhance our partnership with AWS and support sales efforts. This position is critical in establishing scalable marketing processes and making a lasting impact on the company's success and growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and perform a comprehensive marketing strategy focusing on lead generation and sales support.
  • Build and implement marketing plans that directly drive quality lead creation, with a strong emphasis on sales-driven initiatives.
  • Actively cultivate and manage strong partnerships with AWS marketing teams, building and maintaining relationships that drive mutual success by leveraging joint resources and executing aligned marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to generate a robust pipeline through targeted marketing activities.
  • Build and optimize marketing infrastructure, ensuring data-driven decision-making and alignment with company objectives. 
  • Establish and exceed marketing goals that align directly with the overall business strategy and contribute to company growth.
  • Create and oversee impactful technical and marketing content, including blogs, guides, case studies, and videos, that showcase the value of our unique offering, effectively communicating our story to both technical and non-technical audiences to attract leads and enhance our brand presence.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and developments relevant to AWS and cloud computing to continuously enhance marketing efforts.
  • Ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all channels, including events, campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials, aligned with demand generation, content, customer engagement, PR, and brand positioning.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of proven success leading marketing efforts, with a strong focus on lead generation, sales-driven initiatives, and experience within the cloud ecosystem.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with third-party partners to develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies, along with hands-on marketing efforts to drive sales growth.
  • Proven digital marketing and product marketing skills, with experience in writing and creating content.
  • Significant experience across multiple marketing functions, including digital demand generation, content, branding, and PR, with a proven ability to collaborate on partner marketing and develop innovative strategies for customer engagement.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to independently plan and implement marketing strategies.
  • Strong creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
  • Technically minded, with knowledge of AWS and cloud computing markets, and a passion for AWS products.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or equivalent practical experience. An advantage for candidates with a background in computer science or engineering.

Our office is located at Beit Gibor Sport Tower, Ramat Gan, near Tel Aviv Savidor Central railway station.
