About the Role

As we enter our next phase of growth and reach a critical moment in the integration of AI into the healthcare fabric of the United States, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Creative Lead to drive revenue growth by aggressively scaling our paid marketing with high-quality, performant creative. This position will play a pivotal role in extending Commure/Athelas’ leadership in the digital healthcare field and further bolstering its status as the technology partner of choice for marquee health systems across the US, including HCA Healthcare (largest health system nationwide), Yale New Haven Health System, and many others.

This role is 3 days hybrid at our Mountain View, CA headquarters.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the production of creative assets (including image and video ads) on a day-to-day basis, assuming performance responsibility for paid social advertising results.

  • Collaborate with our design and product teams to develop high-quality messaging and media that illustrate product value propositions and key points of differentiation.

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain robust conversion tracking and analytics tools to 

    understand user behavior and assess creative performance at a granular level.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and aligned with overall growth marketing goals.

What You Have

  • Extensive prior experience with creative iteration (particularly on videos and creator partnerships) on paid social advertising channels.

  • Working knowledge of growth marketing topics beyond creative, such as conversion tracking, landing page optimization, funnel analysis, lookalike audiences, and more.

  • Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, and related services.

  • Expertise in Excel and excellent quantitative abilities for assessing performance.

  • Strong communication and organization skills, with sharp attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team 

    environment.
