About the Role
- Own the engine that powers Neighbor’s supply growth. This is a high-visibility “player-coach” role focused on driving measurable results across host acquisition, conversion and expansion—reporting to the VP of Marketing and partnering closely with product, data, sales, and the CEO.
- You’ll thrive in this role if you’re an exceptional marketer who wants high ownership and autonomy, and can move seamlessly between channel strategy, SQL queries, Meta creative briefs, and landing page A/B testing.
What You'll Own & Do
- Own residential host revenue: responsible for hitting growth goals for this critical supply base.
- Scale acquisition: Oversee host acquisition with a focus on power hosts. Core channels include Meta, SEO, and PR.
- Optimize conversion: Rapidly experiment with full funnel messaging, creative, and UX—running self-serve A/B tests and partnering with product and design to optimize conversion.
- Launch expansion programs: Test and scale new programs to engage and expand existing Power Hosts, such as adding services and installing new supply types.
- Develop deep insights: Become an expert on Power Host user segments and performance.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years experience post undergrad. Marketing, management consulting, product management, or founder/operator background preferred.
- Proven ownership mentality; you move fast and get your hands dirty.
- Analytical, curious, and data-driven; skilled at uncovering actionable insights.
- Strong taste and instincts for content, positioning, and creative direction.
- Comfortable with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Bonus: Marketplace, paid social, or real estate experience.
