We’re especially excited to meet final-year university students looking for an internship (30-40 hours) with real ownership, or junior professionals with 0–2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain automation workflows to support growth initiatives across marketing, sales, and product.
- Develop and maintain web scraping and data enrichment workflows.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support analytics, reporting, and experimentation.
- Ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data pipelines for growth-related initiatives.
- Implement and optimize A/B testing frameworks and experimentation setups.
- Improve landing page performance through technical frontend optimizations (speed, dynamic elements, tracking accuracy) — focusing on engineering aspects rather than visual site building.
- Integrate and connect tools natively via APIs or custom solutions where needed.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to design and execute experiments.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
- Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Python (or similar) for automation, scripting, or data-related tasks (e.g., scraping, enrichment, internal tooling).
- Comfortable working with data — basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
- Curiosity about how different tools and systems connect (APIs, integrations, automation platforms).
- Interest in experimentation, landing page optimization, and improving digital performance from a technical perspective.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in business and growth challenges (formal marketing experience is not required).
- Ownership mentality and willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn fast.
Nice to have:
- Experience with A/B testing tools or experimentation frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern growth stacks and automation platforms.
- Exposure to SaaS or startup environments.
- Background that combines technical education with business orientation (e.g., coding bootcamp + business degree, or marketing interest + strong coding skills).
