About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to support and accelerate execution across the entire marketing org, spanning demand generation, field marketing, and brand and content.

This is a high-learning, high-impact role for someone early in their career who wants exposure to all facets of modern B2B SaaS marketing. You will work closely with subject matter experts across the sales and marketing teams and help supercharge our growth efforts through strong execution, analytical thinking, and a willingness to experiment with next-generation marketing tools.

This person will be a jack or jill of all trades. You will help run campaigns, support events, build marketing muscle, and contribute wherever the team needs extra horsepower.

What You’ll Do
  • Demand Generation Collaboration
    • Work closely with Demand Gen to help launch, track, and optimize programs that drive pipeline.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, events, outbound support, and content distribution.
    • Help maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
    Field and Event Support
    • Support execution of Actively AI’s event and field marketing strategy, including conferences, dinners, and community programs.
    • Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up processes.
    • Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure field efforts translate into measurable pipeline impact.
    Brand Marketing and Content Creation
    • Support the content creation that educates and nurtures our core ICP at every stage of the funnel.
    • Help brainstorm creative ways for Actively AI to stand out in a crowded market and strengthen our point of view.
    • Assist in supercharging our social media presence through content planning, experimentation, and execution.
    Tooling and AI-Forward Experimentation
    • Learn and leverage modern marketing tools across automation, enrichment, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
    • Explore ways to use generative AI to increase team velocity across campaign creation, personalization, and reporting.
    • Operate with a builder mentality, always looking for smarter and more scalable ways to execute.
Who You Are
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, growth, analytics, consulting, or a related role (internships or early-career experience welcome).
    • Baseline understanding of B2B SaaS marketing foundations, including pipeline, funnels, and go-to-market concepts.
    • Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with data in spreadsheets and dashboards.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, paid media platforms, or similar systems is a plus.
    • High ownership, strong organization, and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams at once.
    • Curiosity and excitement about AI and next-generation marketing workflows.
    • A self-starter with a high appetite for learning and a desire to grow quickly.
    • Your friends would describe you as creative / a 'hacker' or tinkerer
    • Quantitative intuitions and first-principles approach
    • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to change perspectives

Compensation Range:
$80,000$110,000 USD
