Job Description
SoulCycle is seeking a detail-oriented Growth Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in digital marketing. As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer engagement strategies, analyzing data, and supporting the overall digital initiatives to deliver an exceptional experience to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Data Management:
- Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Segment and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
2. Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the planning and execution of automated and one-off CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, web / app, and SMS).
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
3. Reporting and Analysis
- Analyze campaign results and customer data to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve CRM processes and customer experience.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the field and marketing teams to ensure alignment on CRM strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in growth, performance, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, and the SoulCycle brand
Salary: $60,000 - $85,000
This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing
