The Crown Is Yours
As a Growth Marketing Associate, Targeted Partnerships you will focus on Customer Acquisition Marketing across all of DraftKings' active verticals (Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, Casino, Pick6, Golden Nugget Online Gaming, and more). This is a Growth Marketing role where you will be assisting with digital marketing campaigns across various affiliate partners from inception through post-campaign analysis. You will be reporting to the Targeted Partnerships team lead and working very closely with the Creative team, Project Managers, Analytics, Legal, and the Integrated Marketing team.
What you'll do as a Targeted Partnerships Growth Marketing Associate

• Work alongside account managers to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions for the channel.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting on performance of campaigns as they relate to monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Coordinate with our Creative, Analytics, and Legal teams and the broader Channel Marketing team.
• Aid account managers with managing, tracking, and nurturing our relationships with existing partners and affiliates with an eye towards establishing mutually beneficial long-term business partnerships.
• Prospect partners in support of new verticals, products, and state launches.
• Support in the vetting and onboarding of partners from gathering inputs to submissions.
• Support tracking of deal development conversations and legal tickets/agreements.

What you'll bring

• At least 1 year of professional experience is required, experience in Marketing, Sports Marketing, Communications, or Analytics is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and proven ability to influence all levels of an organization.
• Ability to successfully work independently with very little guidance, as well as collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in account management, fantasy sports, sports betting, or online casino is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $57,600.00 - $86,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
