Role Overview

We're looking for a scrappy, high-output Growth Marketer who can own and execute marketing activities across channels, with a strong focus on social media, video, and storytelling.

You’ll need to be a true social native who understands what performs on TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, and how to build a following from zero. You'll need to be able to take a rough idea and turn it into a polished story: a video, a post, a deck, a landing page, a press pitch, whatever it takes.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape our narrative, create content to high standards, and do the work across marketing needs at startup speed.

What You'll Do
  • Create and publish various types of content across TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more

  • Own our social media end-to-end: posting, community, growth experiments, iteration

  • Tell great stories: translate ideas into clear narratives, scripts, and content that people actually care about

  • Build and ship marketing assets fast (slides, simple design work, one-pagers, web updates, etc.)

  • Support broader marketing needs as they come up, PR outreach, announcements, partnerships, events, sales enablement, and more

  • Track performance and improve constantly using analytics and feedback loops


Who You Are
  • You’re fluent in social media and have a sense for what good content looks like

  • You have excellent storytelling skills, you can make complex things simple, engaging, and memorable

  • You can teach yourself quickly and aren’t afraid to figure things out without a playbook

  • You can edit video confidently for modern platforms

  • You can build great-looking slides and marketing materials with strong taste and clarity

  • You’re comfortable with tools like Figma and/or Canva, and generally have strong creative execution skills

  • You’re organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment

  • You take pride in quality, but you move quickly and ship often
