We are seeking a Growth Marketer who will play a critical role in driving the company’s customer acquisition and retention strategies. This person will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel revenue growth and enhance product engagement for Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid search, and paid social) aimed at increasing user acquisition and activation.
-Own growth KPIs, leveraging A/B testing, analytics, and performance metrics to measure success and continuously optimize campaigns.
-Lead experiments and identify scalable channels that enhance conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
-Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns, SEO, AirOps, and content initiatives tailored to our ICPs
-Leverage analytics tools to track customer behavior, identify user segments, and optimize the user journey for increased engagement and retention.
-Work closely with customer success to develop lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies that foster long-term relationships with users.
