We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and results-obsessed SEO growth marketer who can take full ownership of SmartCrowd’s organic acquisition engine fluent in both English & Arabic.

What You’ll Be Driving

• Develop and lead the full SEO & content-led growth strategy across SmartCrowd’s investor funnel
• Identify high-intent English & Arabic keywords through smart research + AI-powered insights
• Launch high-impact SEO pages, blog content, and educational assets that convert
• Own technical SEO: site audits, crawl optimisation, schema markup
• Scale high-quality backlinks through partnerships and targeted outreach
• Collaborate with marketing, product & design to embed SEO into everything we do
• Track, analyse and iterate constantly using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Use GPT tools, programmatic SEO and AI content frameworks to accelerate delivery
• Champion best practices in multilingual content and regional search behaviour
• Experiment constantly, you’ll have real freedom to test, learn, and scale

    What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in SEO, growth marketing or content-led user acquisition
• Proven experience scaling organic traffic in B2C or fintech/proptech environments
• Fluency in Arabic and English — culturally aware and locally relevant
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page & technical SEO
• Deep hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer, etc.)
• Familiar with AI tools (Jasper, ChatGPT, programmatic SEO, etc.)
• A growth mindset and constant curiosity about what’s working now
• Not afraid to test fast, fail smart, and speak up
• Bonus: Experience in the UAE/GCC market or passion for real estate/investing
