Growth Marketer [Contractor]

Heard is seeking a dynamic Growth Marketer to join our team on a 3-month contract from October through December. As an integral part of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing our growth plans during this critical period. The ideal candidate is hardworking, collaborative, and passionate about our mission to support mental health professionals.

Paid Marketing Management

• Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across paid search and paid social
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and qualified lead generation
• Manage budget allocation and track performance metrics

CRO & Experiment Oversight

• Design and implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights

GTM Launches

• Support the development and execute go-to-market strategies for our October and Year-End campaigns
• Create compelling marketing materials and messaging
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful launches
• Develop comprehensive reports on launch performance and KPIs

Database Enrichment Experimentation

• Design and implement experiments to improve engagement with our therapist database, including tests on email, direct mail, and via our sales team
• Analyze results and recommend scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in a growth or performance marketing role, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
• Growth Skills: Proficiency in paid social, paid search, CRO, email marketing. Direct mail experience is a plus.
• Self-Motivated: Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get launches out the door and follow up with helpful insights to optimize our launches.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Team Player: Eager to contribute to an early and fast-growing Sales team.
• Passion for Mental Health: Genuine interest in mental health and supporting professionals in the industry.
