About the role

We’re looking for a Growth & Product Manager to lead the go-to-market push for Sanas. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing our launch and growth strategy — from shaping the content flywheel to building viral loops and community momentum. This is a hands-on, creative, and analytical role for someone who can blend storytelling, strategy, and execution. You’ll work closely with the founding team and have significant autonomy to define how we reach and grow our audience.

What you'll do

• Design and execute launch campaigns that drive rapid user adoption
• Build and optimize growth funnels and referral mechanics
• Develop a UGC and creator content strategy that scales organically
• Manage social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms
• Analyze growth metrics and user behavior to refine strategy
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to identify viral features
• Collaborate with marketing and possibly drive major traditional marketing
• campaigns (ads, videos, etc.)

Qualifications

• Flexibility and ability to wear many hats comfortably
• Experience leading or contributing to high-impact product launches
• Deep understanding of viral content dynamics and social platforms
• Strong sense of creative direction and brand voice
• Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Comfortable working fast, iterating daily, and taking ownership end to end
• Based in or able to work in person in the Bay Area

Tools & Collaboration

We use React Native + Expo for product, Figma for design, and PostHog for

analytics. The team works closely and moves quickly — with a high degree of

autonomy and trust.
