Job Description

The Growth team manages the sustainable growth of the platform through incentives. Customers have come to love foodpanda’s deals, vouchers and promos. Our discounts play a huge role in driving the overall business. Our team works at the intersection of analytics and marketing to come up with new ways to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our user incentives!


We are looking for a Growth Manager to join our growing business!

Responsibilities 

  • Develop end-to-end strategies for the efficient use of our incentives budget through the proper mix of targeting, timing, and communication 
  • Design and launch regular projects and experiments to optimize different points of the customer lifecycle such as acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability 
  • Manage the team’s growth operations by overseeing the internal processes of the team, ensuring accurate and high-quality execution 
  • Build tools to automate and speed up existing project management processes
  • Build relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that campaigns are executed well and on-time
  • Support regular business reviews by preparing in-depth analysis, tactics, and plans to stay on track with business targets 
  • Closely support the demand planning and forecasting process of the entire business 

Requirements 

  • At least 2 years of work experience in marketing, strategy, analytics, or similar
  • Background in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, computer science, and statistics
  • Business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills 
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking skills 
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations 
  • Knowledge of various analytical tools: spreadsheets at a minimum, coding languages like SQL/Python are a plus
