About the role -
As a Growth Manager, you would be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve sales through the use of applications. This would involve analyzing data on clicks, user experience, and application patterns to identify areas for improvement. Your knowledge of analysis tools would be essential in gaining insights and making data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to support the development of relevant business products by having knowledge of user experience and application patterns to innovate and propose process improvement initiatives.
- Providing valuable insights and solutions to foster sales through the application of Sylndr.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on business performance, comparing them against industry standards or best practices.
- Identifying potential opportunities based on historical data that aligns with future business goals.
- Foster effective coordination with various departments within Sylndr to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
- Enhance monitoring, evaluation, and planning processes by developing KPIs, reports and dashboards.
Who You Are
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role or related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Excel)
- The ability to think strategically and creatively.
- The ability to adapt to changing market trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong data-driven approach with a focus on achieving results.
- A growth mindset with the ability to adapt and be resourceful.
- Curiosity and problem-solving skills are needed to tackle complex challenges.
- Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
- Strong decision-making capabilities to drive positive outcomes.
