Lead the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, manage the full sales cycle, develop strategic relationships with key brands and agencies, and ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Job Functions

  • Own and achieve assigned revenue and sales targets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunity progression.

  • Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key brands, agencies, and strategic partners.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing account growth.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and results.

Skills Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading sales teams and driving business development initiatives.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong experience managing sales pipelines and full-cycle sales processes.

  • Experience developing strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales management tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
