Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute and iterate campaigns including media buying and campaign optimisation across channels (social media, affiliate, influencer, SEO/SEM, etc)
- Build and maintain structured testing roadmap for content, channel, platform and audiences, prioritising experiments based on impact and learning potential
- Implement campaign tracking to ensure clarity on attribution and incrementality Innovate and optimise campaign content and ad formats to drive conversion, partnering with design and creative teams
- Analyse campaign results and interpret patterns and trends in data to optimise campaign value against cost Manage budgets efficiently, ensure maximum ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, communication, Advertising, Business, Engineering or similar.
- Minimum experience of 5+ years of proven results in B2C performance marketing, ideally with hands-on campaign management and test design in Fintech, E-commerce and/or Retail.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, and marketing measurement frameworksExperience working in cross-functional environments with product, analytics, and creative stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to develop and execute on experimentation roadmap
- Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing combined with an instinct for ad formats and creatives that convert are essential. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
- Comfort working with automation platforms and manipulating algorithmic campaign levers (e.g., value-based bidding)
- A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidenceFamiliarity ; experience managing creative performance workflows and feedback loops
- Desirable: Understanding of statistical methods (A/B Testing) and familiarity with geo-lift, MMM, and MTA tools
