Now, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to scale consumer apps globally.
What you’ll do- Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Manage and optimize high daily ad budgets
- Improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV across markets
- Test creatives, audiences, and funnels continuously
- Work closely with product to improve conversion & retention
- Identify high-LTV countries and scale winning markets
- Build and iterate on growth strategies end-to-end
RequirementsWhat we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven track record in scaling B2C mobile apps
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution
- Experience managing large ad budgets
- Data-driven mindset (you live in dashboards)
- Fast execution, ownership, and startup energy
- Experience with subscription apps is a big plus
