Growth Manager (Hybrid, Indonesia): Run the commercial engine of Singapore's leading second-hand phone retailer

At CarousellMOBILE, we believe second-hand phones should be people's first choice, not a compromise. We sell certified pre-owned devices with warranty through our Singapore stores, our website and online marketplaces.

We're looking for a Growth Manager to own how CarousellMOBILE makes money. You'll work from Indonesia on a hybrid basis, partner with our Retail Manager in Singapore, and lead a small online sales team.

What you'll do

• Own the numbers: drive sales and conversion across our stores and online channels.

• Run our websites: shape how our websites and Carousell storefront look and sell, grow organic traffic through SEO, and work with our designer on banners and campaigns.

• Grow buyback: find new ways to collect more devices through awareness, advocacy and partnerships.

• Find the story in the data: dig into sales and inventory data with BI dashboards and AI tools, and benchmark us against competitors.

• Turn insight into action: give clear direction to the online sales team and the store team, and follow through until results move.

• Grow people: coach our online sales admins and help them grow into bigger roles.

• Have 2+ years in e-commerce, online merchandising, retail, category management or business analysis, with proven strong analytical skills

• Understand how data sources work and are fluent with BI dashboards

• Use AI tools daily in your work

• Can explain why a number moved and what to do about it

• Think like a business owner, not just an analyst

• Are curious, hungry and love learning new things

• Write and speak English fluently

• Bonus: SEO experience, knowledge of mobile devices, e-commerce or marketplace merchandising, or conversational Mandarin

• Full-time, hybrid, based in Indonesia, Batam preferred

• 5-day work week on Singapore hours, with some weekend work because this is retail

• Travel to Singapore once every 1 to 2 months
