Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Growth Leader is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that drive sustainable and scalable growth. This role focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and monetization, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This position is part of the Commercial Department, located in Antofagasta Chile, and will be on-site.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
· Achieve assigned sales and margin targets in the territory.
· Develop and execute weekly and monthly action plans to meet revenue, orders, and profitability goals.
· Build strong and lasting customer relationships while expanding the client portfolio.
· Act as a trusted advisor, promoting and selling products and services.
· Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
· Support order collection and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The essential requirements of the job include:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
· 10+ years of professional experience in a similar leadership or growth-oriented role.
· Knowledge of water treatment and reverse osmosis systems (preferred).
· Advanced computer skills and valid driver’s license.
· Technical English desirable.
