Job Description

This internship for the Growth Intern role within the Dentsu CXM team provides hands-on exposure to the operations of a fast-paced media agency, particularly within the digital advertising ecosystem. As a Growth Intern, you will support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operational processes across various paid media platforms while gaining practical experience in digital media operations, sales support, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, client interactions, and pipeline progress across the sales funnel.

  • Support the preparation of sales materials, pitch decks, and client presentations to help drive new business and account growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with internal teams (media, strategy, and operations) to gather insights and develop solutions that support client acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Assist in monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify potential growth opportunities for the business.

  • Support administrative and coordination tasks related to sales pipeline management, client outreach, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize large volumes of data accurately.

  • Proactive and analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity or interest in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data handling, analysis, and reporting.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Post graduate students will be prioritise for this role as we may extend the 6 Months internship period longer if needed by the business.
