Your Day-to-Day- Support the Growth team in new product testing initiatives.
- Respond to incoming customer chats from new product testing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries based on provided scripts and guidelines.
- Update and maintain daily reports on leads and bookings using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Communicate booking cancellations following the provided SOP.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Growth team.
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate from any major.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good written communication and customer service mindset.
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
