Position Overview

The Growth Initiatives Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of key growth initiatives within the Hunter Douglas Marketing group. This role will develop and execute high-impact projects that expand market share, increase customer acquisition and boost overall revenue for Hunter Douglas. This individual must collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of growth projects, measure their impact, and support the continuous refinement of the company’s growth strategies. The scope of role spans the entire project lifecycle from initial business plan development and resource allocation planning to execution and performance evaluation. The Growth Initiatives Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role will report to the Head of Growth for the Hunter Douglas Marketing group.

What you'll do

  • Design the business cases supporting key growth initiatives, develop and deploy pilots in partnership with cross-functional teams, and own measurement plan to track success of growth initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery, measurable success, and strategic alignment of growth projects
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of growth initiatives
  • Build and present business cases, status updates, and performance results for growth initiatives to senior leadership.
  • All other responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.

Who you are

  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Highly analytical and proficient with database and visualization tools such as Tableau and/or PowerBI.
  • Ability to mine complex datasets and generate actionable business recommendations.
  • Growth strategy expertise.
