Deine Mission

Deine zentrale Erfolgsmetrik (North-Star-KPI) ist klar definiert: Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Wir suchen keinen klassischen Marketing-Manager für das Agentur-Management, sondern einen umsetzungsstarken Performance-Spezialisten, der Kampagnen, Kanäle und Content konsequent an messbarer Pipeline misst.

Deine Aufgaben

Multi-Channel Demand Generation: Du konzipierst und steuerst Kampagnen über LinkedIn (organisch & paid), SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) sowie E-Mail und Webinare.

Skalierung & Optimierung: Du testest kontinuierlich neue Kanäle und Ansätze. Was konvertiert, wird hochskaliert; was keine SQLs bringt, wird konsequent eingestellt.

KI-gestützte Content-Engine: Du baust ein automatisiertes System zur Content-Erstellung auf, das wöchentlich hochwertigen Output liefert. Du steuerst und optimierst die Tools, statt alles manuell zu schreiben.

Qualitätssicherung: Du filterst generischen „KI-Einheitsbrei“ heraus. Mit deinem Sprachgefühl stellst du sicher, dass jeder Output scharf, markengerecht und fachlich fundiert ist.

Event- & Webinar-Marketing: Du etablierst erfolgreiche Webinar-Formate und verantwortest das strategische Targeting sowie das Lead-Follow-up für unsere europäischen Messeauftritte.

Sales Enablement: Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Outbound-Kampagnen und Vertriebs-Assets in Sachen Storytelling und Design höchsten Ansprüchen genügen.

Dein Profil

Growth-Mentalität: Du denkst in Funnels, Conversion-Rates und Experimenten. Du triffst Entscheidungen datenbasiert und suchst stets nach Effizienzhebeln.

Automation-Mindset: Du minimierst manuelle Routineaufgaben. Du nutzt moderne KI- und Automatisierungstools strategisch, um deinen Output zu vervielfachen.

Technisches Verständnis: Du bist im Backend moderner Marketing-Stacks zu Hause. Tracking-Setups, Analytics, CMS-Strukturen und Web-Konfigurationen schrecken dich nicht ab.

Hervorragende Schreibe: Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Design und Text. Du kannst komplexe technische Themen in prägnante, überzeugende Botschaften übersetzen.

Ausdauer & Drive: Du brennst darauf, ein wachsendes Tech-Unternehmen aktiv mitzugestalten, und bringst eine hohe Eigenmotivation mit.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in multi-channel demand generation (LinkedIn paid & organic, SEO, GEO, email, webinars)
  • Growth mindset: funnels, conversion rates, experimentation, data-driven decision making
  • Experience building and operating AI-driven content automation systems and generative AI tools
  • Technical understanding of modern marketing stacks: tracking setups, analytics, CMS structures and web configurations
  • Excellent writing and design sense; ability to translate complex technical topics into concise, persuasive messaging
  • Ability to run experiments, scale converting channels, and shut down non-performing approaches
  • German at native speaker level and business-fluent English
  • High self-motivation and readiness to shape growth in a fast-moving tech company
