At bitaksi, we've spent 13 years building Turkey's leading taxi-hailing platform — and now we're expanding our Growth team. We're looking for someone who sees the story behind the numbers, turns that story into action, and never says "that's not my job."

First, let's talk about what this role is NOT

This is not a single-channel role. Not just CRM. Not just partnerships. Not just product marketing. If you're looking for a neat little lane to stay in, this probably isn't your role.

This is end-to-end growth strategy — powered by data & analytical thinking, sharpened by creativity, and executed with judgment.
You'll sit at the intersection of product, operations, partnerships, incentives, and user behavior. 

What you'll actually do

  • Design and drive growth strategies that move core company metrics — not vanity ones
  • Dig into user, product, and market data to find opportunities others scroll past
  • Build creative growth plays grounded in real insight, not gut feelings dressed up as strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Data, Tech, Ops, CRM, Partnerships, and field teams — and actually enjoy it
  • Translate complex analysis into clear decisions and action plans that people follow
  • Own initiatives end-to-end: hypothesis → model → execution → learning → repeat
  • Spot risks, inefficiencies, and growth gaps before they become someone else's post-mortem

You're the one if you

  • Have 4+ years in growth, strategy, analytics, or similarly impact-driven roles
  • Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering — or any field where you learned to turn numbers into stories
  • Naturally think in funnels, segments, cohorts, LTV, marginal impact, and trade-offs
  • Can interrogate data — not just read it
  • Understand CRM mechanics and can design multi-channel communication logic
  • Are structured and detail-oriented, but also comfortable operating in ambiguity (yes, both)
  • Can present a complex analysis to a big audiences without losing them at slide two
  • Write and speak English fluently

Bonus points if you've designed retention, loyalty, or rewards programs. This isn't just a nice-to-have — if you have it, say so loudly in your application.

Skills Required

  • 4+ years in growth, strategy, analytics, or impact-driven roles
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related quantitative field
  • Strong understanding of funnels, segments, cohorts, LTV, and marginal impact
