About the Role

We’re searching for someone who loves connecting with people and closing opportunities.

You’ll help existing EPOS clients unlock new growth by adopting our EPOS Rewards solution — and you’ll bring in new merchants through outreach, demos, and events.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on action — talking to business owners, spotting opportunities, and making deals happen.

What You’ll Do

Grow adoption of EPOS Rewards by upselling and cross-selling to existing EPOS clients.

Prospect and convert new merchants through calls, canvassing, and events to drive awareness.

Work closely with the Account Managers and Sales Team to qualify leads, schedule demos, and close deals.

Requirements

Who You Are

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, loyalty, or tech solutions preferred.

Fresh grads with strong communication and the right attitude are welcome.

Confident communicator who connects easily with business owners.

Hardworking, street-smart, and resourceful — knows how to think fast and get results.

Goal-driven with a passion for tech, loyalty, or helping SMEs grow.

Our systems are used in over 60 different industries, including major Singapore government agencies and MNCs. We have an active and strong team capable of flexible customisation requirements and handling of major projects (e.g. major clients will have 50-60 outlets, with more than 100 POS terminals). Our clients include LTA, KKHospital, Popular Bookstore, UMart, Bounce Inc.
