Position SummaryPOSITION SUMMARY:
The Growth Enablement Team (GET) consists of sales intake, sales operations, sales enablement, Salesforce, and RFP/Proposal development that supports sales activities. The GET partners with the business units and sellers to support prospecting activities, collateral and proposal creation for active sales pursuits, and maintenance of Salesforce. The offshore GET is responsible for assisting the onshore GET with Salesforce updates and maintenance, performing competitive and client research, assisting with proposal kick-off tasks, pulling baseline content like bios and project summaries, performing final proposal quality assurance, and internal team initiatives such as content close-out and various analyses. The purpose of the Offshore Associate Manager position is to provide supervision, quality oversight, prioritization, feedback and development to the offshore GET, and coordination with the onshore Growth Enablement Team.Qualifications


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides oversight and supervision to the offshore GET and regularly coordinates with the onshore GET to support active sales pursuits and internal GET initiatives.

• Supervises and leads offshore GET, including all administrative responsibilities
• Manages and communicates offshore team schedule including PTO and holidays
• Demonstrates leadership through setting a positive tone, leading with care, providing supervision and direction to the offshore team and asking for help when needed to ensure all key deadlines are met
• Regularly coordinates with onshore GET to understand assignments, priorities, strategic directions, deadlines 
• Develops workflow processes, tracking mechanisms, and reporting to monitor and prioritize workload across offshore GET
• Tracks progress of tasks and initiatives assigned to offshore team. Proactively escalates delays and risks to onshore team. 
• Proactively anticipates risks and identifies solutions to reallocate resources, adjust timelines, or thinks critically to develop other solutions
• Performs quality assurance on deliverables and tasks completed by the offshore team prior to handing off to onshore team
• Assists with the completion of deliverables and tasks when necessary, including completion of salesforce updates, competitive intel gathering, proposal support functions, and managing team initiatives.
• Gathers feedback from onshore team and appropriately delivers feedback constructively for ongoing development of offshore team
• Takes ownership of company and GET initiatives, as assigned
• Identifies ways to improve GET processes, encourages a collaborative culture, lives Huron’s values, and exemplifies the Huron Leadership Principles

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This position will require excellent supervision, communication, attention to detail, expertise in MS Word and PPT, and organizational skills. This individual must have problem solving skills, be deadline and detail oriented, and have the ability to collaborate across all levels and roles supporting sales efforts. In addition, the individual should have an understanding of the business development lifecycle.

• Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs) and Background
o Bachelors level degree required
o Minimum of 5+ years relevant business experience
o Consulting or sales enablement experience preferred
o Experience working throughout the business development life cycle to support active pursuits (sales collateral, proposals) as well as performing competitive intelligence and client research preferred
o Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to coordinate internal staff, resources, and tasks
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams), Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite and Seismic preferred
o Ability to work well remotely and independently as well as part of a team; excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
o Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
o Ability to prioritize workload and to make strategic decisions about what to accomplish when faced with competing needs
o Ability to manage a variety of tasks with deadlines that often require a quick turnaround across a team
o Remain current on tools and processes used to support the business development lifecycle
o Shipley Proposal Management/Proposal Writing training preferred
o APMP Certification preferred
