Core Responsibilities
You will drive process improvements, automation and experiment with the integration of AI agents into marketing workflows. You will be instrumental in transforming how Markets and Channels marketing operates—making it faster, smarter, and more consistent while freeing time for teams to focus on creativity and driving growth for the LEGO group.
- Lead process diagnostics and redesign, identifying friction points and implementing solutions that improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
- Design and deploy automation initiatives that reduce manual work and enable marketers to focus on high-value activities.
- Prototype and integrate AI agents into marketing operations to increase speed and consistency
- Collaborate with Marketing Data Science teams and Digital Products to embed advanced models into processes, ensuring insights are actionable and accessible.
- Champion data-driven decision-making, enabling marketing teams to leverage analytics for smarter planning and execution.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing organization.

Play your part in our team succeeding
You will lead diagnostics, design, prototyping, and deployment of solutions to eliminate friction and enable data-driven decisions. Collaborate with Marketing Data Science and Digital Product teams to deliver scalable improvements. This role bridges business, digital, data science, and marketing needs, ensuring solutions are safe and aligned with priorities.
Do you have what it takes?
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven experience working with AI, and robotic process automation.
- Technical proficiency with modern AI tools including LLMs, APIs, and workflow platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Databricks) with curiosity to explore emerging technologies
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with marketing processes is a strong advantage.
