We’re looking for an experienced and craft-obsessed creative designer to set the bar for Gigs’ next phase of growth. You’ll join us as a foundational member of our Brand Studio and play a pivotal role in bringing Gigs’ brand and web design to new heights. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most exciting brands and apps, crafting experiences that support their journey with Gigs from first touch to consumer launch.
What You Will Do- Elevate Gigs’ brand across all channels, formats, and verticals.
- Collaborate directly with a variety of stakeholders to translate big ideas into visually compelling deliverables.
- Iterate on the design foundation and scale the design language of a fast-growing generational scale-up, as part of a small high-impact team.
- Create templates and systems for yourself and the rest of the Design team to deliver at pace without sacrificing quality.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong motion design skills (e.g. After Effects) and ability to bring assets to life.
- Nice to have: Experience with 3D software (e.g. Blender) for custom visuals.
- Nice to have: Experience working with a website CMS and/or email design tools.
Background
- 7+ years agency or scale-up experience preferred, showcasing resilience and adaptability across diverse fast-moving projects.
- Proven track record on larger design initiatives (e.g. rebranding campaigns, product launches).
- Fintech industry familiarity is beneficial; mobile and web UI understanding is a plus.
Personal qualities
- Inspired, craft-focused designer who values quality and creativity, and has strong well-reasoned opinions.
- Strong communicator, skilled at uncovering the real needs behind requests and thinking beyond the brief to deliver excellent creative work.
- Highly organized and able to manage workload independently, building templates and systems as you go.
- Curious, adaptable and growth-focused with regard to new tools and workflows.
- Comfortable iterating quickly, with resilience to feedback cycles.
- Energized by every project, strong positive growth mindset and curious in the face of challenges.
Salary Range: $170000 - 200000 USD
