About the role

We’re building and scaling a high-growth D2C product used by hundreds of thousands of users globally. We move fast, ship often, and continuously optimize how users interact with the product.

We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, and hands-on Growth & CRO Specialist to help us improve our funnels, increase conversion, and drive retention.

This is not a “support” role. You won’t just analyze data and write reports - you will identify problems, propose solutions, and build prototypes to validate your ideas.

You’ll work at the intersection of data, UX, and experimentation, working closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering.

This role is best suited for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset - someone who likes building, experimenting, taking ownership, and learning fast from real-world feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze product funnels to identify drop-offs, friction points, and inefficiencies.

  • Continuously benchmark competitors and identify high-impact opportunities.

  • Formulate clear, data-backed hypotheses to improve conversion and retention.

  • Build functional prototypes and flows using modern tools (including AI) to quickly validate ideas.

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to bring experiments to production.

  • Analyze experiment results and turn them into clear next steps.

  • Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail across all experiments and UI/UX changes.

  • Take ownership of improving key parts of the user journey end-to-end.

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in growth, CRO, product, or a similar role (D2C/SaaS is a strong plus).

  • Strong builder mindset - you don’t just suggest ideas, you create and test them.

  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. v0, Lovable, or similar) to build realistic product flows.

  • Solid understanding of product analytics (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar).

  • Ability to think in terms of funnels, user behavior, and conversion.

  • High attention to detail - you notice what others miss.

  • Strong ownership and drive - you push things forward without waiting for instructions.

  • Clear communication in English.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you’re curious, proactive, and motivated by building and improving real products.

Nice to have
  • Experience with D2C subscription products.

  • Basic understanding of frontend logic.

  • Familiarity with tools like Clarity, Hotjar, FullStory.

  • Experience running or supporting A/B tests.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Interview Process
