Position Description 

Bluebird Kids Health is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Growth Coordinator to drive new patient acquisition through community partnerships, events, and expecting family engagement in Jacksonville. Reporting to our Events Manager, this role owns the full lifecycle of community-generated leads, from first interaction through enrollment, helping more families access exceptional pediatric care.  

You will represent Bluebird Kids Health through the community, building relationships with schools, OBGYNs, community organizations, and families. You will own Bluebird Kids’ Expecting Parent Meet & Greets and other Bluebird Kids hosted programing from end to end – including driving registrations, hosting events, engaging attendees, and executing follow-up to maximize new patient conversion. Success in this role is measured by the number of families engaged, nurtured, and who join the practice. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment; is confident, engaging with families in person and follows up effectively by phone, text, and email. This person should be highly organized and motivated by achieving measurable growth goals. 

 

What You’ll Do  

  • Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen community partnerships, improve the patient acquisition process, and expand Bluebird Kids Health's reach 
  • Own new patient acquisition through community partnerships, events, and outreach, meeting or exceeding monthly growth goals 
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with OBGYNs, hospitals, schools, daycares, faith-based organizations, and other community partners to generate qualified referrals 
  • Own Bluebird Kids Health's Expecting Parent Meet & Greets from end to end, including driving registrations, coordinating logistics, hosting events, and executing follow-up to maximize attendance and conversion 
  • Serve as the primary owner of community-generated leads by qualifying prospects, maintaining accurate CRM records, and executing timely follow-up to convert families into patients 
  • Represent Bluebird Kids Health at high-impact community events, baby showers, school events, and other outreach opportunities, prioritizing quality engagement and lead generation

What You’ll Need  

  • A passion for helping more young people gain access to exceptional pediatric care 
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, account management, patient engagement, or similar relationship-driven role with demonstrated success achieving measurable goals 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and engage stakeholders in person and over the phone 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate CRM data, and consistently execute follow-up 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a track record of taking ownership and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 
  • Experience in healthcare, maternal/child health, pediatrics, or social services, and familiarity with Jacksonville communities strongly preferred 
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred 
  • Flexibility to travel throughout Jacksonville and access to reliable transportation 
  • Availability for some evening events and 2-4 weekend events / month
