The Work:
The Growth Businesses Marketing Intern is primarily responsible for supporting the reverse mortgage and insurance lending marketing team in coordinating, tracking and delivering key initiatives. The Intern will play a vital role in supporting campaigns and initiatives aimed at growing the business. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
The Core Responsibilities Of The Job:
- Collaborate with marketing leads to implement marketing programs effectively across B2B and consumer channels.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to monitor project activities to ensure work is progressing as planned.
- Provide ad-hoc project support including, but not limited to, data collection, research projects, Microsoft Excel tracking, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Create and maintain on-brand designs for digital and print materials such as social posts and email templates.
- Update and analyze marketing campaign performance statistics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in collecting and interpreting data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and product enhancements as required.
- Develop and enhance tools to support Credit and Sales teams.

- Currently enrolled in University or College program (Marketing/Business is preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva to create polished, on-brand designs.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to take concepts to completion.
- Excellent content writing skills, with experience transforming ideas into finished products (e.g., brochures, social media posts, email templates).
- Demonstrated ability using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Creative flair and an eye for design.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to respond in a clear, concise and professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism (French) would be a strong asset.
