Get to know the team
The Jabo GrabFood team is dedicated to overseeing growth for the GrabFood business. We help realize Grab's vision of becoming Southeast Asia's superapp by delivering essential everyday services that resonate with consumers in Indonesia. Our focus is on developing business strategies that align with our mission of serving the community. In this team, you will emphasize omnicommerce and projects, where we take ownership of growing multiple Omnicommerce products, including Dine Out Deals. Additionally, we manage growth programs and long-term projects for Deliveries, guiding them from conceptualization and strategy to execution. The role will be reporting to the manager and the role will be hybrid.
Get to know the role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Growth, Assistant Manager. You will play a key role in scaling and expanding Grab's Omnicommerce business in Jakarta. Your main responsibilities will include enhancing the user funnel to increase the platform user base and serving as the primary contact for strategic projects. You will be part of a lean and Agile team, working with several departments to drive P&L growth and meet essential performance metrics.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
- Lead the expansion project for the Jabo Omnicommerce business by implementing business plans and achieving financial goals. Focus on user base enhancement through strategic programs.
- Evaluate performance, user behavior, and the competitive landscape to produce relevant insights that inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with teams from Sales and Business Development, Marketing, Merchant Operations, Product, and other departments to align and build our goals.
- Maintain relationships with all partners, to reach an agreement on goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Need:
- Bachelor's degree, complemented by an academic track record.
- 3+ years of working experience in related fields (strategy, consulting, retail, e-commerce).
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Python would be a advantage.
- The ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions, backed by data insights.
- Experience with adapting to different types of pace and changes
