The Position

Working as a Growth an Analytics Software Product Manager at Signify is dynamic. You‘ll be focused on helping us grow our Hue Smart lighting and Hue Secure Business and help to drive and develop new business models like subscription business.

We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities. 

We are looking for a Growth an Analytics Software Product Manager to both mature and grow our subscriptions business and continuously improve the onboarding, activation and overall experiences that will delight our subscribers.

Leveraging available data, you will craft and communicate a strategic roadmap and see to its execution leading cross-functional teams of the industry’s best data scientists, UX designers and software engineers. You will work in close partnership with the Security Software Product Manager, the Partnership and Entertainment Product Manager, design, Direct-to-Consumer, consumer insights and other functions to bring your vision to life and drive transformational change of the subscriptions experience.

This role is based in our Eindhoven office.

What you’ll do

  • Product Strategy and Direction: owning a key aspect of Philips Hue Secure’s and Philips Hue Entertainment subscription products and being responsible for delivering substantial business impact through that product.
  • Analytics and Metrics: defining the metrics you’ll use to measure your progress and demonstrate that business impact.
  • Requirements definition: develop comprehensive product plans, incorporating business requirements and roll out plans. Effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget.
  • Synthesizing qualitative research with quantitative analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Owning and driving the product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and launch.
  • Set, prioritize, and execute the data strategy to drive improvement in logging, analyzing and leveraging App data for measuring success KPIs, diagnostics and consumer insights 
  • Own the tracking and managing of the data consumption versus plan and budget with our data providers 
  • Act as an owner and promoter for the App data tooling. Supporting implementation, adoption and further development of the tools involved with data insight generation and be involved with supplier discussions. 

What you’ll need

  • 7+ years of experience, with relevant product management experience, and proven track record of building subscriptions products that demonstrably moves the needle on business metrics.
  • Very strong analytical skills and data driven mindset 
  • Experienced with tools like Amplitude, Braze, SAP Analytics 
  • You thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Proven ability to map algorithmic solutions to product problems with demonstrated impact on business metrics through AB testing.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to partner with different functions to ensure that your solutions drive real business impact. Strategic thinking and ability to incorporate larger business context into algorithm and product development.

What you’ll get in return…

You'll be part of our growing multi-disciplinary Philips Hue team in Eindhoven. You will work closely with both our R&D team in Eindhoven, India and Menlo Park (USA). You will be part of the Hue Software PM Team. This is a small site with large responsibilities to create and maintain Philips Hue software feature roadmap and drive partnership integrations and Hue Entertainment products. The Hue business was recently expanded to develope a new home security business for the Philips Hue ecosystem and you will be part of shaping a completely new line of associated products and services.
