We are looking for a results-driven Growth & Performance Lead to drive digital customer acquisition, lower CAC, and scale our lending and savings products across paid and organic channels. This role will lead our performance marketing efforts, product growth experiments, lifecycle campaigns, and channel optimization.

You will collaborate with teams across product, analytics, and creative to deliver measurable impact and support our goal of becoming the most trusted and accessible financial partner in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth roadmap across all paid and organic marketing channels.
  • Drive monthly acquisition targets for loans, app downloads, and savings plans.
  • Build test-and-learn plans across new platforms and targeting strategies.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic.
  • Monitor CAC, CPL, CTR, conversion, and ROAS metrics.
  • Scale performance through creative testing and automated bidding tools.
  • Support go-to-market strategy for new products and features.
  • Align product value propositions with customer segments and messaging.
  • Coordinate with Product, CRM, and Brand to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Oversee customer journey flows: onboarding, engagement, reactivation.
  • Manage lifecycle tools (e.g., Customer.io, Braze) for automated communications.
  • Drive repeat usage and cross-sell through segmentation and personalization.
  • Work with Marketing Analyst to build real-time dashboards and funnel reports.
  • Use data to identify drop-off points, new opportunities, and key growth levers.
  • Proactively apply AI tools and automation to improve campaign performance, decision-making, and efficiency.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in digital marketing or growth roles, ideally in fintech or B2C startups.
  • Deep hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, and mobile ad platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CLV) and attribution models.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and customer journey mapping.
  • Data-driven, test-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
