As a Growth and Partnership Advisor, you will play a key role in the implementation, development, and optimization of growth, partnership, and sales activation initiatives. This includes supporting the organization and coordination of growth initiatives, lead generation and events, creating relevant content, and deploying tailored strategies across distribution networks.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Growth and Partnership Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

In collaboration with the Strategist and Practice Lead, Growth Initiatives:

  • Coordinate and execute growth and lead generation initiatives, including integrating templates, creating workflows, conducting tests, managing deployments, and compiling results.

  • Work in close collaboration and synergy with Sales, Marketing, GCX, and the Growth Hub teams to align initiatives and maximize their impact.

  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of campaign management processes to support ongoing optimization and reduce delivery timelines.

  • Work closely with members of the Marketing team to ensure compliance with governance, strategy, action plans, and timelines.

  • Support the analysis of the performance of growth and lead management initiatives.

  • Adapt and customize marketing plans, messaging, and tools based on the specific needs of distribution networks.

  • Ensure regular updates of tools and materials based on field feedback and market trends.

In collaboration with the Senior Advisor, Partnerships and Events:

  • Support the planning, organization, and coordination of internal and external events, ensuring consistency in content and messaging.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, guides, training tools, and communication materials for events.

  • Participate in the implementation of sales-related event promotion programs.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, effectively prioritize tasks, and maintain a strong client-focused approach.

  • Stands out for their knowledge of marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot and Salesforce), strong curiosity, keen interest in technology, and high learning agility.

  • Demonstrates a high level of rigor and attention to detail, excellent command of Excel functionalities, and the ability to stay organized through a highly structured approach and strong priority management.

  • Shows strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret results in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of initiatives.

  • Is recognized for their ability to coordinate activities and collaborate with a variety of internal and external partners.

  • Has a minimum of two (2) years of experience in designing and executing automated campaigns and implementing growth initiatives.

  • Has completed post-secondary education in a field relevant to the role.

  • Advanced level of proficiency in both French and English, as the role involves delivering presentations, responding to requests, and drafting documentation in French and English for internal and external unilingual French and English-speaking partners on a daily basis.
